I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m really satisfied with this product.
I chose a glass baby bottle to avoid passing microplastics to my baby. I use several glass bottles here in France as well, but I ended up replacing all of them with this one.
First of all, it’s so easy to clean. The inside is completely rounded, so I can clean every corner thoroughly with a bottle brush. Other brands may have nice designs, but their bottles have edges where residue tends to remain, so you need to clean them very carefully — which is annoying.
The nipple is especially good at preventing colic. With other brands at the same flow level, the milk often comes out in a rush, which makes the baby swallow a lot of air and get stomach pain. Sometimes, as they breathe in, milk leaks into their airway and makes them cough. Also, if you leave those bottles standing on the bed and they tip over, the milk leaks out.
But with this product, even if the bottle falls over on the bed, nothing leaks. That means if the baby isn’t sucking, the milk simply doesn’t come out. And the smart part is that the milk flows in a spiked pattern rather than in a continuous stream, which seems to help prevent colic even more. The nipple is also designed to be elastic, moving back and forth like a real breast when the baby sucks.
Using this alongside other bottles really shows its strengths.
One thing to watch out for: make sure to close the bottle properly. I’ve had a few incidents where, while holding my baby with one hand and trying to close the bottle, I didn’t fasten it correctly, and milk spilled all over both me and the baby.
Lastly, I once received the wrong item and contacted customer service. They responded quickly and resolved it right away — I was impressed by their CS as well.
