HOW FAST CAN YOU RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and we strive to respond as quickly as possible. We usually respond within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship it within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to change the address. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can try to correct the information before the package is shipped. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible — especially after the package has left the warehouse — but we will do our best!

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

The processing time for orders is between 1-3 business days after the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is extra busy, the processing time may be up to 3 business days after the order date.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays in Denmark). After you have placed your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and you will receive an email with a tracking number shortly after. PostNord is our primary shipping partner. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5-8 days from the order date.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages, which may arrive 1-2 business days apart.

SOLD OUT/DELAYED ITEM DELIVERY:

If one or more of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email with information about when we expect to ship them. If the items are not expected to be back in stock within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund the amount for those items.

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Our warehouse staff works very quickly, so if you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can try to stop the package before it leaves the warehouse. We can't guarantee changes — especially after shipment — but we'll do our best!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Go to the Track My Order link on the front page or in the main menu and enter your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further help, we are always ready to assist.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?

If one or more of your items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
