Return/Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY – DEADLINE:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please wait to speak with us before sending the product back to the manufacturer.
There are certain cases where only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are considered non-returnable.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be initiated and an amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via Contact Us at the top of the page and send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours.
SUBSTITUTIONS (IF APPLICABLE):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, please email us for instructions. We will respond within 24 hours.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for an exchanged item may vary.
